HR Specialist - Head Office

You will use tools like BambooHR and Greenhouse to streamline HR operations, and your expertise will be crucial in attracting and retaining top talent in our competitive market.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, candidate screening, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback to employees.
• Facilitate employee engagement activities and surveys to gather insights and improve workplace satisfaction.
• Handle employee relations issues, including conflicts and grievances, to maintain a harmonious work environment.
• Assist in training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.
• Collaborate with the finance team to manage HR-related expenses and budgets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using HR software such as BambooHR, Greenhouse, or similar.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
