📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide expert beauty advice and product recommendations to customers.
• Assist customers in selecting the right skincare products based on their skin type and concerns.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated with the latest trends in the beauty industry.
• Promote Sozo Skin products through in-store displays, demonstrations, and customer engagement.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a beauty retail or customer service role.
• Strong knowledge of beauty products, especially skincare.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and independently.
• Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
