📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers to drive innovation in motorcycle and commercial vehicle design.
• Oversee the development of new products, ensuring they meet industry standards and customer expectations.
• Manage the engineering budget and resources to optimize project outcomes.
• Collaborate with the R&D department to implement new technologies and materials.
• Conduct regular product testing and analysis to identify areas for improvement.
• Work with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely and cost-effective production.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading engineering projects in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
• Strong knowledge of CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or CATIA.
• Familiarity with industry-standard testing equipment and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage a diverse team.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Professional certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
