📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and maintain mechanical, electrical, and building systems.
• Manage a team of technicians and ensure compliance with international standards.
• Implement energy-saving measures to reduce operational costs.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of all facilities.
• Ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and address any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure the overall functionality of the building.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and inspections.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Building Facilities Management, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building facilities management.
• Proven track record in managing teams and maintaining complex systems.
• Certification in Building Management Systems (BMS) or similar is a plus.
• Familiarity with energy management systems and sustainable practices.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
