📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process payroll calculations, including gross pay, deductions, and net pay.
• Ensure accurate and timely payment of employee salaries and benefits.
• Handle tax deductions and compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain and update employee records in our HRIS (Human Resource Information System).
• Generate and distribute payroll reports to the HR team and management.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual payroll summaries.
• Provide support to the HR team during payroll processing periods.
• Stay updated with changes in payroll laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian payroll laws and regulations.
• Proficient in using payroll software such as ADP, Paychex, or similar.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other office software.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus.
