As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment used in glove manufacturing. Your daily tasks will include performing routine inspections, diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues, and implementing preventive maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance. You will work closely with production teams to address any operational challenges and ensure that the manufacturing process runs smoothly.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of machinery and equipment used in glove manufacturing
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues to minimize downtime
• Implement preventive maintenance strategies to ensure optimal performance of equipment
• Collaborate with production teams to address operational challenges and improve efficiency
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve recurring issues
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards
• Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in manufacturing environments
• Certification in maintenance management or a related field is a plus
• Proficiency in using maintenance management software such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar tools
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems used in manufacturing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Familiarity with ISO 45001 and other relevant industry standards
