📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct process optimization studies using tools like Lean Sigma, Six Sigma, and Value Stream Mapping.
• Implement and monitor continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and eliminate waste in manufacturing processes.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.
• Analyze production data using software like SAP or similar ERP systems to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Work with suppliers and vendors to ensure compliance with quality standards and manufacturing specifications.
• Lead improvement projects, from concept to implementation, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
• Train and mentor team members on lean manufacturing principles and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering or manufacturing process optimization.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of lean sigma, six sigma, and value stream mapping methodologies.
• Proficiency in using SAP or similar ERP systems for production data analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Certification in lean manufacturing (e.g., Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt) is a plus.
