📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead a team of financial innovation experts, including product managers, data scientists, and regulatory experts, to design and develop cutting-edge financial solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and adoption of innovative financial products and services.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of innovative financial solutions, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and industry best practices to ensure compliance and risk management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financial innovation, product development, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully leading financial innovation initiatives and driving business growth.
• Strong understanding of financial markets, regulatory frameworks, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and project management tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
• Certifications in financial innovation, product management, or a related field are a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
