📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and design training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization.,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees at all levels.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback.,Collaborate with department heads to ensure training programs align with organizational goals.,Stay updated with the latest training methodologies and industry trends.,Provide ongoing support and mentorship to employees during and after training sessions.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of training facilitators and instructors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Certifications in training and development are a plus.
