📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs to meet the needs of our employees.,Deliver training sessions to employees, both in-person and virtually.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and goals.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide ongoing support and resources to employees to help them succeed in their roles.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus.,Valid CPNS or similar certification is a plus.
