📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation,Create user guides, API documentation, and other technical materials,Review and edit technical content for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the development of training materials and tutorials,Provide technical support to customers and internal teams as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong knowledge of software development concepts and processes,Excellent writing and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms,Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
