📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content,Develop user guides, manuals, and other instructional materials,Write and maintain API documentation,Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide technical writing support to the marketing and sales teams,Participate in product development discussions to ensure that technical documentation is aligned with product goals and requirements

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English Literature, Communications, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly to non-technical audiences,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Confluence,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines,Strong organizational and project management skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
