📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of 5-10 employees, ensuring high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement team training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.,Handle team scheduling, including shift planning and employee leave management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Represent the company at team meetings and events.,Contribute to the development of team goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using HR management software.,Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.,Previous experience in a multinational company is a plus.
