We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project scheduling, with a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar software.,Coordinate with project teams to ensure that all project activities are accurately reflected in the project schedule.,Monitor project progress and identify potential schedule risks and issues.,Work closely with project managers to develop and implement corrective actions to address schedule delays and other issues.,Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.,Collaborate with other project team members to ensure that all project deliverables are completed on time and within budget.,Provide guidance and support to junior project schedulers and other team members as needed.,Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in project scheduling.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in project scheduling, with a focus on EPC projects.,Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.,Strong knowledge of project scheduling software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards is a plus.
