📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, and development.,Ensure compliance with local and international labor laws and regulations.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Manage employee relations and resolve conflicts.,Oversee corporate affairs, including legal and administrative tasks.,Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.,Represent the company in external communications and stakeholder engagements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR and Corporate Affairs, with at least 5 years in a senior management role.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in managing a diverse and multicultural team.,Knowledge of HR software and tools is a plus.
