📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including opening and closing procedures.,Oversee inventory control and ensure adequate stock levels.,Train and develop store staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for timely product delivery.,Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and annual reports.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of managing store operations and staff.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
