The Singapore Institute of Technology is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Assistant Manager to join our Technology Transfer Office. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategies to enhance technology transfer activities between the institute and industry partners.,Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth and effective technology transfer processes.,Manage and oversee the Technology Transfer Office, ensuring all operations run efficiently and effectively.,Facilitate the identification, evaluation, and commercialization of new technologies and innovations.,Provide support and guidance to the Technology Transfer Office team to achieve their goals and objectives.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of technology transfer initiatives, providing regular reports to senior management.,Foster strong relationships with industry partners to strengthen the institute's technology transfer capabilities.,Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in technology transfer and innovation management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology transfer, innovation management, or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully managing technology transfer projects and initiatives.,Strong understanding of intellectual property rights and commercialization processes.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with technology transfer best practices and standards is a plus.
