In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial analysis to support business decisions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's accounting records and financial statements,Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Conduct financial analysis to support business decision-making,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely submission,Manage the payroll process and ensure accurate and timely payment of employees,Provide financial guidance and support to other departments as needed,Review and reconcile bank statements and other financial documents

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior accountant role,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with tax regulations and procedures
