NOVA Ekspansindo is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking events.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Present and demonstrate our products/services to clients, highlighting their benefits and addressing their needs.,Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring they meet or exceed client expectations and company targets.,Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and issues promptly and professionally.,Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the sales team and management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product/service delivery and customer satisfaction.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments, incorporating this knowledge into sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
