PT Putih Wana is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our inventory system, ensuring accurate stock levels, and supporting our sales and operations teams. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using our inventory management system.,Conduct regular physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.,Collaborate with the sales team to fulfill customer orders and ensure timely delivery.,Support the procurement team in ordering and receiving new stock.,Monitor inventory levels and generate reports to support decision-making.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to inventory management.,Assist in the development and implementation of inventory management processes and procedures.,Provide excellent customer service to internal teams and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of inventory management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and analytical skills.,Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian business practices and procedures.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a plus.
