📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and process medical claims for Save the Children programs in Indonesia.,Ensure accurate and timely reimbursement to beneficiaries.,Coordinate with healthcare providers, insurers, and other stakeholders to resolve claims issues.,Maintain and update medical claims records and databases.,Provide support and guidance to program staff on medical claims procedures.,Monitor and report on claims processing metrics and trends.,Participate in training and development activities for program staff.,Stay updated on relevant policies, procedures, and regulations related to medical claims.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical claims processing or a related field.,Strong knowledge of medical claims processing systems and software.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).,Indonesian language skills are a plus.
