📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and grow key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships.,Conduct regular client meetings and reviews to understand their needs and provide solutions.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and consistency in client interactions.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to enhance client satisfaction and sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client relationships.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
