📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
• Manage a team of healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and support staff
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high standards of quality and safety
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and satisfaction
• Manage clinic budget and resources, ensuring financial sustainability
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless patient care across the organization
• Represent the clinic at industry events and conferences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, public health, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a healthcare setting
• Certification in healthcare management or a related field is a plus
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards, such as ISO, JCI, or other relevant certifications
• Proficient in using healthcare management software, such as Epic, Cerner, or similar
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proven track record of success in a leadership role
