📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.,Maintain and update procurement records and documentation.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.,Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of procurement strategies.,Assist in the preparation of procurement reports and presentations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in procurement or a related field (fresh graduates with strong academic background are also encouraged to apply).,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with procurement software and systems is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
