📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of mining sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.,Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to optimize production and efficiency.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of projects.,Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.,Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor operations and address any issues promptly.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and regulatory bodies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management in the mining industry.,Strong knowledge of mining operations, equipment, and safety procedures.,Proficient in using operational software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Fluency in English and Indonesian.
