📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of operations.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Manage and mentor a team of operational staff.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.,Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative solutions for operational challenges.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity.
