As a Junior Commis Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food, ensuring high-quality meals are served to our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking food according to recipes and standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Stock and manage inventory of food and kitchen supplies.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes for the daily menu.,Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.,Assist in training and mentoring new staff members.,Participate in kitchen meetings and discussions.,Ensure all food is prepared and served on time.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Knowledge of Indonesian and Western cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and tools.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
