As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our housekeeping team, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas are meticulously cleaned and prepared to meet our stringent standards. You will work closely with the property manager and other departments to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional guest satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping team, ensuring all guest rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards.
• Coordinate with the property manager and other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Train and mentor housekeeping staff to ensure they meet and exceed performance expectations.
• Inspect guest rooms and public areas regularly to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by guests or staff promptly and professionally.
• Ensure that all cleaning protocols and procedures are followed and updated as needed.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to housekeeping operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in housekeeping.
• Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of housekeeping staff.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols, health and safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Familiarity with housekeeping management software, such as Accor's HAC or similar systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in housekeeping or hospitality management a plus.
• Professional and approachable demeanor, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
