📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the section.,Ensuring that all team members are performing at their best.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve section performance.,Managing the section budget and ensuring financial targets are met.,Leading and mentoring team members to achieve their full potential.,Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.,Representing the section at meetings and events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of financial management and budgeting.,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetum languages is a plus.
