The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling cash transactions, processing payments, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately and efficiently.,Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, assisting with inquiries, and resolving any issues promptly.,Maintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Count and reconcile cash drawer at the end of each shift to ensure accuracy.,Assist in restocking and organizing merchandise to maintain a clean and well-stocked store.,Follow up on customer complaints and feedback to ensure customer satisfaction.,Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a cashier or retail environment preferred.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Good knowledge of Indonesian language, both written and spoken.
