📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily outlet operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Conduct regular stock checks and reordering as needed.,Assist in training and developing junior staff members.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Collaborate with the Outlet Manager to plan and execute promotional activities.,Maintain a clean and organized outlet environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or sales role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
