📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting environmental impact assessments (EIAs) and preparing environmental management plans (EMPs) for construction projects.
• Monitoring and implementing environmental control measures to mitigate potential impacts on local ecosystems.
• Ensuring compliance with local and national environmental regulations and standards.
• Collaborating with project teams to integrate environmental considerations into project planning and execution.
• Conducting regular site inspections and audits to ensure adherence to environmental control measures.
• Preparing and submitting reports on environmental performance and compliance to relevant authorities.
• Providing training and guidance to project teams on environmental best practices and procedures.
• Staying updated with the latest environmental regulations and industry standards to ensure ongoing compliance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in environmental control or a related field, preferably in the construction industry.
• Certification in environmental impact assessment (EIA) or a similar relevant certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of local and national environmental regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with environmental management software such as EIA Online, ArcGIS, or similar tools.
